Senior Program Manager, People Team (NYC)

Datadog is seeking a Senior Program Manager for their People Team in New York City. This role will drive large-scale, cross-functional programs focused on People products and infrastructure, operating at both strategic and executional levels. You will partner with various stakeholders to deliver transformative initiatives that support company growth and improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional People programs
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define program goals and roadmaps
• Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks
• Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
• Establish program governance, reporting, and operating rhythms
