Senior Technical Program Manager

Verily is seeking a proactive Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Platform Precision Health engineering team in Boston. You will partner with leadership to operationalize squads, manage cross-squad initiatives, and coach teams on agile best practices. This highly visible role involves managing the Verily Workbench solution, a critical enterprise-grade Trusted Research Environment, and orchestrating the infrastructure that empowers the global scientific community.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex features from concept to release
• Optimize sprint health and act as an agile coach for development squads
• Manage dependencies, trade-offs, and proactively mitigate risks
• Establish and monitor team performance metrics and KPIs
• Manage the Verily Workbench solution, a foundational data analytics platform
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
