Director, Project Management Service

Colliers is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead commercial tenant improvement projects in Nashville. This onsite role involves managing projects from concept to close-out, including budget and schedule creation, and coordinating with trades and tenants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design, construction, and project management, with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

• Lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects
• Manage projects from concept through close-out
• Develop project roadmaps and establish key performance indicators
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with trades and building tenants
• Minimum ten years in Design/Construction/Project Management
