Project Coordinator - DMG North

Coordinate commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, supporting Project Managers with documentation, scheduling, and procurement. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.

• Support Project Managers in all project phases
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Assist with procurement and material coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, customers, and vendors
• Maintain accurate project records and assist with invoicing
