Principal Product Manager, Communications Platform

Upstart is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a new initiative focused on building the company's core communications platform. You will define the strategy and roadmap for how communications are delivered, governed, and measured across all customer touchpoints, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone experienced in platform product management who can drive alignment and build scalable solutions in a regulated industry.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Communications Platform
• Partner with engineering to build shared platform capabilities and APIs
• Establish scalable platform abstractions for efficient customer communication
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Growth, Servicing, Capital, and Compliance
• Develop capabilities for regulatory compliance and operational visibility
• Define success metrics and evaluate platform performance
