Product Operations Analyst

McKesson is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to define and execute product performance tracking and portfolio insights for our Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization technology products. This role will leverage AI-forward standards to enhance customer experience and drive growth, sitting at the intersection of product operations, data, and engineering. You will partner closely with Product, Data Insights, and Customer Success teams to define key metrics, synthesize customer insights, and accelerate product delivery.

• Define and maintain product performance KPIs and dashboards
• Analyze product performance data to identify risks and opportunities
• Synthesize data into executive summaries and strategic narratives
• Aggregate and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) data
• Monitor competitive landscape and market intelligence
• Champion AI adoption in product operations workflows
