Associate Director, Stop-Loss Product Development

Sun Life is seeking an Associate Director to lead the development and execution of stop-loss and risk-based product strategies for self-funded employers. This role involves hands-on execution, cross-functional leadership, and subject matter expertise to drive product innovation and competitiveness.

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Manage product enhancements and programs
• Partner with cross-functional teams including underwriting, actuarial, and finance
• Monitor product performance and identify improvements
• Serve as subject matter expert on stop-loss products
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
