About this role

Sensata is seeking a Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the VAVE organization. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to track activities, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables, gaining valuable program management experience and increasing ownership over time.

Support program lifecycles within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints
Monitor deadlines, budgets, and activities
Apply change, risk, and resource management
Resolve project issues and assess program strengths
Produce accurate and timely program status reporting
2+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, or related function
