Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead a large team to develop mission-critical systems and manage program execution from initiation to closeout. You will have direct customer interaction, influence resource allocation, and contribute to technology roadmaps that align customer requirements with industry advancements. This role offers the opportunity to support a high-impact mission in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage day-to-day execution and collaborate across leadership teams
• Lead diverse teams of technical and non-technical professionals
• Participate in roadmap discussions and incorporate industry experience
• Lead program status meetings including finance, staffing, and invoicing
• Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
• Coordinate with Agile teams to manage and improve processes

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
