Technical Program Manager III

Expedia Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead complex technical projects across engineering, product, and business teams. You will translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, proactively manage risks, and ensure program success. This role requires technical fluency, strong program management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Lead complex technical programs across multiple teams and systems
• Translate business objectives into project goals, schedules, and outcomes
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Monitor project progress, budget, and delivery status
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive tradeoff decisions
• Apply Agile or traditional delivery methods and mentor others
