Lead Product Manager - Alternatives

RBC is seeking a Lead Product Manager for its Global Asset Management team in Boston, focusing on alternative investment strategies and vehicles. This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, driving innovation, and ensuring the strategic growth of alternative products.

• Manage alternative investment products including Emerging Market Debt and Multi-Asset Credit
• Drive product innovation, development, and long-term growth strategy
• Act as subject matter expert for US vehicle types in the Alternatives space
• Identify, develop, and champion new Alternative investment product opportunities
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations for product approval and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and investor trends
