Agentic Product Manager

CCC is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our new Agentic product platform, focusing on AI agents to enhance the insurance claims experience. This role is perfect for a hands-on product leader excited by zero-to-one innovation, complex enterprise workflows, and regulated environments. You will drive product strategy from discovery to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define how AI agents can safely and effectively operate in critical claims processes.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business case for agentic capabilities
• Define agent functionality, workflows, and human-in-the-loop integration
• Set product requirements for quality, safety, and auditability
• Collaborate with customers to identify problems and validate concepts
• Partner with engineering and design to build and ship AI experiences
• 3+ years of enterprise software or SaaS product management experience
