Zayo is seeking a Program Manager to support a key customer program and act as a national Project Delivery liaison. You will drive consistency, identify best practices, and streamline processes to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals. This role involves translating complex service deals into actionable plans and providing guidance to project teams.

Manage national Project Delivery (PD) liaison activities
Translate customer contracts and service deals for consistent implementation
Identify and track customer deployment pipeline and budget
Improve regional Project Management techniques and tool usage
Develop best practices and partner with multiple lines of business
Serve as a training resource and manage program SharePoint site
