Staff Technical Program Manager

Apptronik is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs for their AI-powered humanoid robots. You will set strategic direction, drive alignment between stakeholders and engineering, and shape operational frameworks for scaled production. This role involves mentoring other program managers and partnering with engineering leaders on high-risk initiatives.

• Own program execution end-to-end, setting strategic direction and ensuring company goals are met
• Partner with engineering leadership to execute solutions and coordinate across multiple organizations
• Define long-range program strategy, develop schedules, and build scalable execution frameworks
• Proactively communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders
• Mentor and develop other TPMs, improving program management practices and tooling
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple product lines and engineering organizations
