Senior/Staff Product Manager, Data (ACF)

Skylight is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for government grants management systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate user needs into product roadmaps, and drive system improvements to enhance public services. This role requires a strong understanding of data systems and a passion for civic tech.

• Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, and engineers
• Translate user needs into product strategy, roadmap, and backlog
• Manage product direction, scope, and priorities from MVP to scalable solutions
• Leverage data and user feedback to inform product strategy
• Partner with government teams to transfer digital skills and knowledge
• Experience with core operational data products, data pipelines, and warehousing
