Project Manager, Construction

xAI is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with an engineering background to lead critical data center build efforts in Memphis, TN. This onsite role requires strong technical leadership, collaboration with various teams, and end-to-end project execution from pre-construction to handover.

• Act as senior construction representative for Memphis data center
• Oversee end-to-end project execution
• Coordinate multiple vendors and trade partners
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Create and align construction schedules with infrastructure goals
• Manage change orders and value-engineered solutions
