About this role

Lead the development and execution of engineering projects for infrared cameras, components, and accessories. You will manage project milestones, budgets, and quality objectives, while proactively mitigating risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to drive product development from concept to manufacturing.
