TAM Supervisor

Lead and supervise the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities for terminal assets in Progreso, Mexico. You will oversee technical teams, coordinate resources and contractors, and ensure equipment operates at the highest standards of safety and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in a strategic terminal location.

• Lead and coordinate the technical maintenance team
• Ensure safe execution of all maintenance activities
• Supervise compliance with preventive and corrective plans
• Manage contractors, resources, materials, and critical spare parts
