Senior Product Manager, Technical

As a Senior Product Manager, Technical, you will own key aspects of our API platform and data standards, driving clarity on priorities and translating strategy into action. You will tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems, setting the direction for other product managers and engineers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data access, developer experience, and building foundational tools for internal and external teams.

• Own and deepen understanding of API platform capabilities, direction, and roadmap
• Shape roadmap by identifying and prioritizing customer and business outcomes
• Lead alignment with product managers, engineers, and business partners
• Build and apply frameworks to assess feature value, urgency, and importance
• Translate product direction into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
• Partner across engineering, go-to-market, and other Workday teams to drive successful delivery and adoption
