Product Manager - Technical (Salesforce Admin)

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead strategic initiatives on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role involves solution design, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment, with a focus on M&A integration across the Salesforce ecosystem. The position requires strong administration and consulting expertise, blending hands-on platform skills with strategic thinking and delivery leadership.

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams
• Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives, managing timelines and dependencies
• Lead design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions on the Salesforce Lightning platform
• Support Scrum teams in adhering to Agile best practices
• Lead acquisition integration programs and other high-impact initiatives
