Manage project teams including senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators
Mentor and develop project engineers for career growth
Maintain 100% detailed knowledge of project scope
Oversee cost control, billings, collections, change management, cash flows, and monthly reports
Act as the primary point of contact with owners and architects
Accountable for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction
