Senior Tech Product Manager - Analytics

LivePerson is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead their Analytics Product team. You will define the strategy and execution for tools and services that leverage conversational data to provide actionable customer and internal insights. This role involves collaborating with engineering, data science, sales, and customer success to deliver innovative analytics solutions.

• Define product vision and strategy for the end-to-end Analytics platform
• Prioritize features for Analytic Studio/Builder and Report Center
• Manage roadmap for Data Services and Data Transporter
• Integrate Conversational Intelligence (AI/ML) features into analytics products
• Define and track KPIs and data quality metrics
• Act as interface between users and Data Engineering teams
