Associate Director, Product Management

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of data activation capabilities within their US CRM ecosystem. This hybrid role involves managing a scrum team, prioritizing a data product backlog, and partnering with business and technology teams to enhance customer engagement through scalable technology and data solutions.

• Own and deliver data-centric product areas including platform integrations and customer profile management
• Drive backlog prioritization based on strategic alignment and platform capacity
• Lead and manage scrum teams through agile delivery processes
• Partner with business, IT, and other product teams to align requirements and ensure release readiness
• Represent data activation platform needs in CRM planning and architecture discussions
• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms or enterprise SaaS
