Humana is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead a strategic portfolio focused on improving healthcare quality and clinical experiences. This executive will build and lead a product organization that translates member and clinical needs into scalable capabilities and measurable improvements. You will have end-to-end accountability for product vision, strategy, investment decisions, roadmap priorities, execution, and outcomes.

- Define and lead multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned with Insurance objectives
- Own portfolio investment decisions, including what to build, what not to build, and when to invest
- Set measurable outcomes and hold teams accountable for sustained results
- Lead customer and market discovery to translate insights into clear product priorities
- Guide products across the full lifecycle from discovery to retirement
- Build alignment across cross-functional teams and establish product management standards
