Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Platform

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead programs focused on their data platform. This role involves end-to-end program ownership, including planning, execution, and release gating, with a focus on shaping how new capabilities reach customers. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve delivery reliability.

• Lead complex, cross-functional data platform programs end-to-end
• Own and drive quarterly planning cycles and roadmap development
• Establish release gates and quality checkpoints for data platform delivery
• Coordinate delivery of data platform capabilities across multiple teams
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Shape program norms and introduce scalable planning processes
