Software Product Manager

HP is looking for a Software Product Manager to define and deliver software experiences that power hybrid work. You will translate customer needs into product requirements, working closely with engineering and business teams to create value. This role requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to lead through influence.

• Define and own product roadmaps for software products and platform capabilities
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable product requirements
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through release and sustainment
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and driving improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams
• Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics
