Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Creation Technologies, you will be the primary customer advocate, managing the end-to-end production and delivery of electronic products. You will oversee all aspects from design to manufacturing, ensuring products meet quality standards, timelines, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as the key liaison between customers and internal operations.

• Manage program scope, requirements, and timelines for electronic product delivery
• Oversee process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) and quality control
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain)
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing expectations and communication
• Monitor and manage program metrics, including cost, quality, and on-time delivery
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications
