Project Manager

Greystar is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and new development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of planning, building, budgeting, safety, and code compliance for assigned projects.

• Manage construction and development projects from planning through delivery
• Develop project budgets, timelines, and construction schedules
• Review and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors
• Oversee compliance with safety standards and legal requirements
• Communicate project status and address concerns with key stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and resolve project issues
