About this role
As a Program Manager at CLEAResult, you will lead client programs from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation, cost management, and performance. You will be the primary customer contact, responsible for contract negotiations, business planning, and driving program success within the energy efficiency sector. This role involves directing cross-functional teams and managing program profitability and viability.
What we are looking for 6
- Manage concurrent contracts with $2m-$5m annual revenue
- Ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction
- Direct cross-functional teams of 7-15 people
- Direct people management with a span of control for 2-7 individuals
- Manage programs with significant complexity and risk
- 5-8 years of project management experience and 2+ years of people management
