As a Senior Analyst on the HR Technology Products team, you will help shape and support the technology products that power our HR experience. You will translate high-level needs into clear requirements, maintain product documentation, and partner closely with development teams to deliver reliable releases. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple products, communicating with diverse audiences, and building relationships across a large organization.
What we are looking for 6
- Define business and technical requirements, write user stories, and prioritize backlogs in Jira
- Create and maintain product documentation including playbooks, help content, and release notes in Confluence
- Support the release cycle through planning, testing, communication, and post-release follow-up
- Partner daily with developers and scrum teams, acting as the voice of the customer
- Research market trends and emerging AI/data capabilities to inform product direction
- Contribute to quarterly and annual product roadmap planning and present findings to leadership
