Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic initiatives across multiple business areas. You will define program strategy, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with senior stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes. This role requires creating clarity in ambiguous situations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, including the responsible use of AI and automation tools.

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, or functions
• Define program strategy, roadmap, governance, and integrated delivery plans
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts
• Partner with stakeholders to define and track value, success measures, and benefits realization
• Create clarity in ambiguous situations and influence senior stakeholders
• Communicate program health, risks, and decisions to executives and teams
