Head of Product Performance & Chief of Staff

Lead the Product Performance organization as an Executive Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer. Drive operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and organizational planning across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Technology teams. This role requires strong executive presence, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

• Serve as Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to the CPO
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and organizational planning
• Lead preparation for Executive Leadership Team meetings and Board materials
• Establish and evolve the Product organization’s operating model
• Oversee enterprise operating mechanisms and product delivery
• Define executive metrics, KPIs, and performance frameworks
