Sr. Program Manager

Adient is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional development teams through the complete product launch lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing scope, timing, financial targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by acting as the central communication point and driving effective problem resolution.

• Lead Simultaneous Development Teams (SDT) and represent them to customers and management
• Manage program scope, timing, financial roadmap, and reporting
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for issue resolution
• Ensure product requirements and FMVSS regulations are met
• Foster strong customer relationships and manage program communication
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience and 10 years in the automotive industry with a vehicle launch
