About this role
As a Senior Product Manager on the Intelligent Experience Platform team, you will shape the roadmap for core platform capabilities that power Workday's user experience. You will lead the modernization of legacy systems and define what "agent-ready" means for the enterprise, translating technical investments into clear business value.
What we are looking for
6- Own roadmap for core platform capabilities including Tasks Framework and My Tasks
- Lead migration from legacy systems to modern, API-accessible services
- Define "agent-ready" for the enterprise and translate technical investments into business value
- Represent the platform to partner teams and negotiate requirements
- Use data analysis to drive decisions and measure investment impact
- Minimum 8 years of SaaS/cloud enterprise software product management experience
