Affirm is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead their fast-growing Shopping & Offers program. This strategic role involves defining the future of Affirm's direct-to-consumer shopping and offers experience, overseeing a portfolio of consumer journeys, and leading a team of product managers. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in consumer products within fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.

Define and socialize long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy
Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing PM team
Align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans
Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue leaders
Establish frameworks for rigorous experimentation and funnel analysis
