Construction Project Manager- BAS Controls

Lead substantial HVAC Controls construction projects valued at $1M or more on customer sites. You will be responsible for the profitable execution of assigned BAS Complex Projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. This role involves collaborating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Lead HVAC Controls construction projects valued at $1M+
• Ensure profitable execution of assigned BAS Complex Projects
• Collaborate with owner, contractor sales managers, and branch installation managers
• Manage project schedules, costs, billings, and collections
• Oversee project construction for compliance with specifications and local codes
