Program Manager

Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead product development for DHA health data technical solutions, managing the entire product lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery. This role involves coordinating multiple vendors, managing modernization efforts, and ensuring contract deliverables are met within budget and on schedule. You will lead a team of experienced professionals and collaborate closely with government stakeholders.

• Manage product lifecycle for DHA health data technical solutions
• Gather and prioritize business and customer needs into product requirements
• Coordinate multiple vendors and manage concurrent operations and modernization
• Lead a team of experienced professionals and ensure contract compliance
• Manage project budget, schedule, risk, and performance
• Experience with SAFe or comparable Agile-at-scale frameworks

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
