Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at HPE, you will be a customer-facing leader driving complex technical programs from initial engagement through implementation. You will coordinate across account teams, customers, product, and engineering to ensure technical commitments are met and risks are managed, succeeding through influence in a matrixed environment.

• Own customer programs from early engagement through initial implementation and handoff
• Translate customer requirements into actionable program plans
• Coordinate cross-functionally across account teams, product, engineering, and services
• Influence without authority in a matrixed organization
• Manage program health, risks, and reporting to executive leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in tooling and operational excellence
