Engineering Program Manager

• Lead engineering programs for new product development and manufacturing readiness
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Guide engineering activities from concept through commercialization
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure on-time project delivery
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and processes
• Ensure engineering documentation and technical quality requirements are maintained
