Program Manager

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client relationships and delivery across portfolios of clinical studies. You will manage risks, drive consistency, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure successful delivery by connecting clients with operational teams. This role requires strong judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complexity in a client-facing, remote environment within the United States.

• Oversee delivery health across client portfolios and clinical studies
• Build trusted client relationships and translate needs to internal teams
• Identify and manage portfolio-level delivery risks and escalations
• Monitor study timelines, financial performance, and operational KPIs
• Partner with Business Development and Client Success for consistent client experience
• Participate in client governance and operational meetings
