Tenant Improvement Project Manager (Contract)

LaunchDarkly is seeking a contract Tenant Improvement Project Manager to lead workplace buildout and improvement projects in Oakland. This role is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and meet business requirements. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with strong construction knowledge and communication skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams independently.

• Manage tenant improvement and workplace buildout projects in Oakland
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Track project scope, schedule, and budget
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates
• Assess project issues and adapt plans to resolve challenges
