(USA) Director, Technical Program Management - Product Operations

As the Director of Technical Program Management for Product Operations, you will establish the core operating frameworks that enable international product teams to move with speed and consistency at scale. You will own governance, standards, and decision-making processes, ensuring predictable execution across markets while collaborating with global product areas and local market teams. This role focuses on building the operational infrastructure to accelerate product delivery and engineering efficiency worldwide.

• Own planning, tooling, execution, and visibility for International Product
• Design and run operating cadences, governance forums, and planning processes
• Drive consistency across Global Product Areas and market teams
• Partner with Finance on budgeting and tooling/systems teams on requirements
• Build scalable standards and playbooks for a hub-and-spoke model
