IT Project Management Office Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management Office (PMO) Program Manager to lead our technology initiative governance and portfolio management. You will be responsible for establishing and improving PMO standards, prioritizing projects, and overseeing the integrated portfolio roadmap. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives while also supervising and coaching IT Project Managers.

• Establish and improve IT PMO governance, standards, and methodologies
• Lead technology initiative intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning
• Oversee program plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate portfolio governance and executive reporting
• Supervise and coach IT Project Managers
• Experience with Epic EMR and Agile methodologies
