Ontic is seeking a Program Manager to oversee assigned product lines, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and financial performance. You will drive execution across cross-functional teams, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and interface with customers and government stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and government contracts within the aerospace industry.

Manage schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
Expedite material, resolve shortages, and ensure supply continuity
Interface with customers and manage government program compliance
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
