Lead Technical Program Mgr

Lead a technical program management team focused on data initiatives within Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate business needs into actionable plans and drive the execution of strategic data projects across multiple teams and digital consumer-facing products.

• Drive execution of high-profile technical, data platform projects
• Partner with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders
• Understand project domain components, architecture, and deployment practices
• Proactively forecast project risks and drive resolution of blockers
• Develop and execute change management and communication plans
• Lead technical discussions and drive decisions at the organizational level
