About this role
As a Program Manager, you will independently lead complex, multi-project capital investment programs across our airport portfolio. You will oversee planning, design, budgeting, procurement, construction, and turnover, acting as the primary development representative for assigned markets. This role requires significant independent judgment in managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within budget and schedule.
What we are looking for 6
- Lead capital investment programs from planning through turnover
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate airport authorities, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Develop and execute program delivery strategies
- Mitigate program-level risks and ensure financial/schedule performance
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in capital development or construction management
