Director, Product Management

Repligen is seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle performance for our OPUS® Pre-Packed Column portfolio. This role involves driving platform growth, digital service leadership, and talent development within a dynamic bioprocessing environment. You will be instrumental in launching new products, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring business success in a mission-critical industry.

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for OPUS® pre-packed chromatography portfolio
• Set long-term business strategy and tactics for product development and commercialization
• Drive customer adoption and new product launches through cross-functional leadership
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Product Management team
• 12+ years of experience in bioprocessing, chromatography, or life sciences tools
• 7+ years of direct report management experience
