Associate Product Developer- Ninja Motorized

SharkNinja is seeking an Associate Product Developer to join their Product Development team in Needham, MA. This role involves supporting the development of profitable product programs from concept to production, acting as the consumer advocate, and driving sales performance for assigned categories. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product success and market competitiveness.

• Assist in leading new product development from brainstorm to mass production
• Define and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market analysis
• Take ownership of assigned categories' sales performance and identify new product opportunities
• Conduct competitive product analyses to inform strategy
