Lead optimization projects for warehouse operations and material flow
Identify process bottlenecks and develop data-driven improvement recommendations
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics
Support warehouse layout and slotting strategies
Develop project plans and implementation strategies
