Director, Product Management - Money Movement

Lead product strategy and roadmap for NMI's Account-to-Account (A2A) money movement capabilities, including ACH, RTP, and open banking. This player-coach role involves managing a team of PMs and Designers while remaining hands-on with requirements, customer interactions, and partner negotiations.

• Own product vision and multi-year roadmap for A2A rails
• Define business cases and go-to-market strategies with revenue targets
• Build and manage a product P&L for the money movement value stream
• Develop deep understanding of partner and merchant use cases
• Lead bank and payment network relationships
• Build, manage, and develop a team of PMs and Designers
